Your first listing, start to finish. After that, making a new listing or using the AI chat opens the Cleanout sheet. What you were doing is kept.

Cleanout

Subscribe from the sheet. Payment is handled by Stripe. When you come back, choose Pick up where you left off and the blocked step runs.

Check or cancel

Settings › Plan & billing shows your plan and next charge. Manage in Stripe ↗ updates your card or receipts. Cancel Cleanout stops it at the end of the period you’ve paid for; until then you can choose Keep Cleanout.

If a renewal payment fails

AI actions send you to Stripe to update your card. Your items, messages and sales aren’t affected.
