Reply and handle offers

Open a conversation to see the item, the messages and three suggested replies. Tap one to send it.

Replies go back out through the site the buyer used, sent by the browser helper in your signed-in browser. A reply shows Sending… until the site has it; if it fails, choose Retry. 3shots never messages anyone unless you tap.

Offers

When a buyer offers less than your price, you can:

  • Accept & set pickup — sends “Deal — $X. When can you come?” and takes you to pick a time.
  • Counter — suggests the halfway price.
  • Hold my price — politely says no for now.

To hold the item for someone at full price, choose Hold it for {name} & set a pickup.
